Masculine Valentine's Day card

Kelly has Valentine Blog Candy and Challenge. So I desided to make this card I think it looks masculine don't you? That's what I get for being lazy and not walking up stairs and getting my camera. I really like this Challenge it was pretty fun for me and I found it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I am very, very, very, girly so I thought anything masculine was gonna be hard for me to do. However, once I started doing this card I didn't find it hard at all. I am thinking because it's a Valentine's Day card and it's a girly 'day' at least in my head. The only thing about this darn card is everytime I kept trying to scan it kept cutting it off no matter what way I put it in the scanner. So, just to let you guys know it's not ment to look cut off at the bottom. Anyway, now I have a card to give my boyfriend for Valentine's Day, just hope he don't stop by my blog and see it.

birthday card!!!

I was having fun playing with my stuff last night and I made this card. I don't know about you guys but I thing this card is so cute. I love it!!! Now, I have to wait until someone has a birthday so I can sent it to them LOL. Well, I don't have much else to say so that's it for now.
I am working on something new maybe I will post by the end of the week so see you then.

My card

Have you guys ever thought about a project got yourselves all pumped up thinking it was really going to look great. Then, as you are doing it you are very pleased, until you finish it and take a good look at it. Then, think this is not as good as you thought it was going to be. Well, this is what I thought about this card. Well, anyways, I made this for one of my friends Gina, her daughter Mona is having a baby and asked about invitation, and so I made this as a sample for her. I know, this is not babyish but with some imagination this can turn into a nice invitation don't you guys think.

Picture frame

I made this picture frame for my MIL's desk just because I feel she needs more pics of my kids in her house hehehe. I know, I know I had an ulterior motive, but heck who can blame me, aren't those kids cute they drive me nuts but that are cute!!!!
Anyways, about the frame I cased this from Bridgett (BTW you need to check out her blog she has the cutest stuff there it's one of my favorites). I think it came out pretty good although I didn't have picture paper to print the picture I had use cardstock. I hope you like it....

Hello

Just a quick post to let you know that I am still here.....Just haven't done much creating because all my stuff is in storage :( When we moved in to my MIL's house I figured it would be easier to just through it in storage and take it out as I need it......I know dumb mistake so the only this I have left to do is blog and change my backround on my blog just about every day LOL........
I am hoping on make a trip to the storage and take some stuff out so maybe be before the end of next week I will have something up. So, see you then!!!!

I won my first blog candy!!!!! Janet was wonderful enough to give out blog candy and I ended up being the random winner wahoo and the drawing was yestderday on my birthday. I had a wonderful birhtday with my 3 kids at the park I couldn't ask for anything more on my birthday!!!

Just wanted to post this quick picture of my niece Arianna and my nephew Jesse in front of the christmas tree......

Sweet Angel

What a sweet Angel isn't it? You can't really see but I put gold velum on top of the green. The velum was one of my wonderful 10 sheets for a $1.00 deals from Big Lots one of my favorite stores. Now for the Angel I colored her dress and wings yellow then with a gold gel pen I outlines her dress and colored her wings completely. With a water brush I blended in her dress and wings. Funny because I used the same color for her wings and dress and but adding more gel pen they look completely different don't they? With my burnt umber ink pad I softened the edges and aged it a little with a finger dauber (think that's what it's called).
Most coloring I have done in months LOL. So what you guys think of my card?

Santa!!!

I had so much fun creating this little santa. I added stickles to his little hat and of course for the back round I put eye-shadow on the leaves. I really think I need to invest in some chalk what do you think!?!

SBS Challenge #10

Good Saturday morning, this Wednesday Janet asked us to case a fellow sister. So I decided to case Kristen I just fell in love with her logout, and the color combo to me was so untraditional it looked great. So, what do you guys think did I do her card justice? Well, Janet will have this challenge open for us until December the 24th so it gives me time to case other sisters. Let's see how that goes.......

Making Christmas Cards!!!

I have been busy these past few days making Christmas Cards. So hopefully I will be posting something new every day yay!!! So please be checking in to see what new stuff I have come up with :-) Just a warning though I there will be very little to no coloring, because those of you that know me my hands shake like I drank 10 cups of coffee all within an hour lol.
This is my first card I made, cute little snowmen. I added stickles and of course one of my favorite techniques, using my eye shadow for the snowflakes....

One of my many DUH moments

I made this for my niece to put her baby's picture in a while back. Each section is 5X6 made out of chipboard so it came out pretty big. This turned out alot nicer than the picture. Ok, I will admit it I truly had a air-head moment trying to take this picture....This day I took about 30 pictures and I couldn't figure out why in the world there was a blur on the picture. Even after I scanned it I couldn't figure out why it scanned ok and I couldn't take the picture even if I moved it around the house. Well, after I sent it to my niece (who lives 4 hours away) I figured it out there was a finger print on the lense, I know DUH. Ok, here are the scans I took in two different section so you can have a better look.

Little Penguins

Cute little penguin don't you think...I had my cute little penguin colored and ready to go on a card for about 3 weeks before I decided what I wanted my card to look like. I really like this fun cheery card...
